The five pillars of this practice are: agent design, agent operationalisation, quality control, compliance and control, and lifecycle management of agents. •This is an early and high-impact role. You will help shape how Evalueserve positions and delivers AI adoption services. As the practice validates and scales, you will grow the team around you. •Pre-Sale: Client Engagement & Solution Design •Partner with the sales team to lead technical discovery conversations with financial services and corporate prospects. •Translate client problems into structured AI adoption roadmaps across the five practice pillars. •Design and present solution architectures that demonstrate Evalueserve's AI adoption capabilities. •Build compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical narratives that accelerate deal closure. •Act as the primary technical voice in client meetings, responding to complex questions about agent design, governance, and compliance. Qualifications: •Proven track record working with financial services clients (banking, insurance, asset management, capital markets) or large corporates in a technical advisory or delivery capacity. •Demonstrated ability to manage the full deal lifecycle from technical discovery through to solution delivery.
