Handle application configuration, updates, and user access management. •Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve application-related issues, collaborating with end-users, development teams, and vendors as needed. •Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor application performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements to maintain system efficiency. •Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain documentation for applications, including workflows, troubleshooting guides, and support procedures. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. •Requires extensive knowledge of IT systems and instances of project implementations. •Operational familiarity with Project management principles and communication. Need to have a strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills. •Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices. •Demonstrated capacity to work for extended periods in a seated position using a computer and other standard office equipment. •Must be able to communicate effectively via video conferencing, email, and other digital platforms. •Occasional lifting of items such as laptops or documents, typically not exceeding 20 pounds, may be required for home office setup or travel. •Visual acuity required for reading technical documentation and monitoring system performance.
