Required Skills: •Ensure a safe work environment through strict adherence to company and client protocols, safety procedures and regulations. Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and safe best practices (e.g. lock-out/tag-out compliance, JHA completion, and compliance with all company safety policies or procedures and work practices). •Attend, participate in and pass all assigned training in safety, environmental and other areas assigned. •Understanding of electrical safety, local and national electrical codes and arc flash standards. •Proficient understanding of Electrical schematics and electrical principles. •Always maintain integrity and follow Arevon safety policies and procedures. •Perform varying corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance for solar PV systems. •Perform onsite installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. •Carry out site root analysis and apply root cause analysis techniques on all major and recurring faults. Qualifications: •Excellent writing and verbal skills. •Valid U.S. Driver license with acceptable MVR history. •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. •Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers and vendors. •Demonstrated capacity to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel/composite toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards). •Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift. •Will lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. •Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures. •Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies. •CEC license or technical degree preferred.
