Required Skills: •Lead software verification activities across multiple regulated medical software products. •Manage, coach, and develop Software Test Engineers, SDETs, and Manual Test Engineers. •Define verification strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, integration, system, regression, acceptance, exploratory, interface, and cybersecurity testing. •Review requirements, specifications, architecture, and risk documentation to establish verification scope. •Ensure requirements-based testing, risk-based testing, bidirectional traceability, and defensible verification evidence. •Develop and approve verification plans, protocols, traceability matrices, test cases, verification reports, and controlled quality documentation. •Participate in hands-on testing, including test case development, execution, defect investigation, and result analysis when needed. •Lead defect management, regression planning, retesting, and issue resolution.
