Required Skills: •This role is based in Lafayette, Colorado and is an onsite position requiring regular presence at the assigned Medtronic work location •Partner cross-functionally with software engineers, feature owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing needs. •Develop and maintain verification and validation documentation in accordance with established software development and testing procedures. •Execute manual test protocols, document results, and collect objective evidence to support product quality and compliance requirements. •Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency. •Define and manage test scenarios, test scope, and testing activities for new and existing software features. •Utilize test environments and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools to support automated verification and validation workflows. •Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, reviews, and functional discussions related to software quality.
