Required Skills: •Develop and execute test procedures and test cases for new and/or existing products. •Design, develop, and perform manual regression testing to confirm product changes/features are implemented successfully. •Prepare testing hardware (Samsung, LG, Vizio Smart TVs) with latest release builds. •Assist the QA Lead on projects as requested. •Partner cross-functionally with project stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. •Review product requirements and design specs for system-level testing. •Report project status, concerns, and risks to the QA Lead tester. •Provide status updates daily (morning Scrum) and weekly (Team Huddle). Qualifications: •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. •Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. •Proven experience with a content streaming service in support, testing, or product role. •Positive attitude, professional appearance and mannerisms. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Highly organized, capable of working independently with little supervision. •Strong collaboration skills; capable of working with a large, multi-disciplinary team. •Computer literate — comfortable on Mac or Windows. •Local to Phoenix / Tempe / Scottsdale, AZ. •Corporate-environment readiness: punctual, professional, patient through a learning curve, eager to learn.
