Qualifications: •Strong expertise in test planning, test case development, and execution. •Hands-on experience troubleshooting client-server communications. •In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and best practices. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. •Understanding of prompt engineering concepts and AI validation techniques. •Operational familiarity with testing conversational interfaces, copilots, or AI-assisted workflows. •Demonstrated capacity to identify AI quality risks including hallucinations, bias, reliability, and safety issues.
