Required Skills: •Technical Leadership •Lead day-to-day software development lifecycle for the firm's client website and mobile app •Drive planning, prioritization, estimation, release management, and production deployments •Lead and develop a blended team of internal software engineers, QA engineers, and external consulting resources •Review solution designs and architectural decisions to ensure scalability, maintainability, performance and security •Partner with architects and senior engineers on technology strategy and platform evolution •Mentor team members and foster their professional growth through coaching, performance feedback, and career development plans •Champion the use of AI to improve engineering productivity and software quality while identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of AWS services: Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB, WAF, Cloudtrail and Cloudwatch, Redshift •CI/CD automation with tools such as BitBucket, Git, Sonatype, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipelines •In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (SAML, OAUTH, OPENID, AWS Cognito, Okta) •In-depth knowledge of application security best practices, vulnerability management, and automated security scanning •Proven experience managing software delivery for customer-facing web and/or mobile applications •Strong technical background in modern cloud-native application development •Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex information clearly and concisely •Demonstrated capacity to work in a highly collaborative team environment •Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation: •$200,000 - $240,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
