Required Skills: •Manager, Software Engineering (Product) •This role is required to be in person twice a week at our New York City, NY office. •Create and evolve a structure and organization design for your team. •Stay deeply involved in the team's system architecture — guiding new systems and integrations, and using prior design experience to identify pitfalls in scaling, performance, and availability across onboarding, compliance (KYC/identity), and customer support workflows serving millions of users. •Raise the bar on engineering practices through high-quality code review feedback, design reviews, testing, and CI/CD, and help the team adopt and advance our AI coding tools and agentic development pipeline. •Drive performance for your team and hold them accountable to internally and externally imposed deadlines and targets. •Make hiring plans and hiring decisions. •Give frequent feedback and coaching, coordinating with people around the company to get a full picture of your team's performance.
