Qualifications: •Team Lead Experience is highely preferred. •Waltham, MA is preferred location, might be open to RTP, NC and San Jose, CA. •Exposure to Software Defined Storage or large-scale cloud‑native data platforms. •Understanding of high‑availability systems, filesystems, or networking protocols. •Strong collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written). •Demonstrated ability to lead features or small teams independently. •Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and complex systems. •Creative, results-driven mindset with a passion for building high‑quality products. •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
