Required Skills: •This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving moderately complex problems, writing high-quality code, and using AI-assisted tools to work more efficiently—while maintaining strong engineering judgment, reliability, and security standards •Design, build, and maintain small-to-medium features and services using object-oriented design principles (PHP preferred; experience in Java, C#, Python, Ruby, or similar is welcome). •Own technical implementation for assigned work, from design through deployment, with limited oversight. •Use AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity, accelerate debugging, and support test creation—while validating outputs and ensuring quality. •Design reusable, testable components that align with existing architecture, interfaces, and coding standards. •Diagnose and resolve non-trivial bugs and performance issues; leverage logs, metrics, and traces to identify root causes. •Contribute meaningfully to automated testing efforts, including unit and integration tests, and help improve overall test coverage. •Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior engineers when appropriate.
