Required Skills: •Own the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks, orchestration platforms, and CI/CD-integrated tooling for integration testing in lab environments. •Architect, design, and validate software tooling, including test algorithms, scripts, and data visualization, for complex hardware systems. •Define and drive tooling best practices across the engineering organization, establishing patterns for automation and infrastructure-as-code. •Analyze test data and collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate product performance and provide feedback. •Manage and drive to closure test anomalies, defects, and bugs, performing root-cause analysis and implementing continuous improvements. •Operate independently to identify gaps in test infrastructure, propose solutions, and drive implementation with minimal direction. •3+ years of professional software development experience. •2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns and reliability.
