Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. •Enjoy solving complex technical problems and can break them down into practical solutions. •Care about writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that can support future enhancements. •Understand modern software development principles, architecture, and best practices. •Think about performance, scalability, and security as part of building a strong application—not as an afterthought. •Can work comfortably with both technical and business teams and explain technical concepts in a way others can understand. •Take ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with designers, developers, IT teams, and internal stakeholders. •Stay curious and enjoy learning new technologies as development practices and industry trends evolve. •Software Security certification or Web Development certification. •Technology may sit behind the scenes, but the work has a direct connection to how people experience Southland.
