Contribute to implementation plans, estimate work, and deliver assigned features and enhancements according to project priorities and development schedules. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams across software engineering, hardware engineering, validation, quality, product management, and operations to support successful product and software delivery. Participate in technical discussions to clarify requirements, define interfaces, and ensure alignment across development activities. •Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established coding standards, architectural guidelines, and development processes. Support code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and root cause analysis to help ensure product quality and reliability. •Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning. Track assigned work, communicate progress and technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team. •Partner with technical teams to understand system architecture, integration points, hardware-software interactions, development constraints, and release requirements. Support software development lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, design, implementation, validation, documentation, and release readiness. •Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners where applicable. Promote engineering discipline, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle while ensuring work aligns with organizational standards and customer expectations. •Demonstrates working knowledge of software engineering principles, coding practices, debugging techniques, and software development methodologies. Understands development, testing, integration, and maintenance activities in semiconductor, embedded systems, firmware, platform software, or related technical environments. •Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineers, managers, and cross-functional partners. Builds productive working relationships, supports collaboration, and responds effectively to feedback. Qualifications: •Understands how software supports semiconductor product development, operational goals, and customer commitments. Applies business and technical context to deliver quality software that supports schedule, performance, and product objectives. •Works effectively as a contributing team member within cross-functional development efforts. Takes ownership of assigned tasks, communicates clearly, and collaborates with peers and technical leads to support team delivery goals. •Solves routine to moderately complex technical problems by analyzing requirements, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing practical solutions. Escalates more complex architectural or cross-functional issues appropriately. •Impacts product and project outcomes through timely delivery of assigned software components, support for product quality, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Contributes to release readiness, maintainability, and engineering execution within defined scope. •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. •Solid functional working knowledge of programming fundamentals, software design, debugging, and testing practices. •Operational familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and Agile development methodologies. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with engineering and business stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
