Qualifications: •Develop and maintain integrations between PolicyCenter and internal or external systems. •Follow established Guidewire development standards and upgrade-safe implementation patterns. •Participate in the Software Development Lifecycle •Review user stories, acceptance criteria, technical requirements, and solution designs. •Ask questions and identify gaps, dependencies, assumptions, and potential technical impacts. •Break assigned work into development tasks and provide estimates with support from senior team members. •Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospectives. •Complete assigned development work according to the team’s definition of done. •Document technical changes, configuration decisions, dependencies, and operational considerations. •Communicate progress, risks, and blockers in a timely manner.
