This is a budgetary decision and due to the significant talent available currently who do not require such sponsorship •Develop and maintain features for Corrections Solutions products with a focus on security, performance, and testing. •Partner cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to ensure quality in a fast-paced, agile environment. •Write clean, maintainable code, and conduct thorough code reviews. •Design, implement, actively use, and maintain agentic coding workflows that leverage AI to generate, test, debug, and optimize software solutions. •Automate and improve build and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reliability. Qualifications: •Fundamental understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and scalable architecture. •Operational familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-native development practices. •Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. •Proven ability to prioritize and deliver quality software in an Agile environment. •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. •Operational familiarity with Web Services, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and experience with automating build and deployment processes.
