You should have experience working on large-scale CI/CD platforms, operating production-level K8s platform integrating open-source tools, and optimizing workflows for fast, reliable software delivery. A strong understanding of SDLC processes and automation is crucial, along with familiarity with security best practices and static code analysis tools.
