Your work will reduce friction in everyday workflows, scale our infrastructure, and help the entire engineering team move faster with confidence. •Own and evolve a multi-language build system, improving hermeticity, reproducibility, dependency management, and developer usability. •Design and operate CI/CD infrastructure that makes builds and tests faster, more reliable, and more cost-efficient at scale. •Diagnose and eliminate sources of CI friction, including flaky tests, slow feedback loops, and difficult local development workflows. •Build developer tools that improve onboarding, debugging, code review, and everyday engineering productivity. •Lead practical adoption of AI coding assistants and agentic workflows, measuring usage and impact rather than simply introducing new tools. •Partner with engineers across the company to identify bottlenecks, prioritize improvements, and demonstrate measurable results. Qualifications: •Strong software engineering background in Java, Go, Python, or a similar language. •Meaningful ownership of build systems, CI/CD infrastructure, or developer productivity tooling.
