We're a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung with corporate offices in Minneapolis and the Bay Area. •This position is a hybrid role, based onsite 3 days a week at our office in Minneapolis, MN. •Own the docs site on the SmartThings Developer Center end to end: Docusaurus theme customization, MDX components, versioning, search configuration, CI/CD, and analytics. •Write and maintain technical documentation (API docs, SDK guides, and integration tutorials) for external developers integrating with the SmartThings platform. •Establish documentation standards, and maintain quality through linters, AI-powered authoring tools, and participation in code and documentation reviews. •Collaborate cross-functionally with platform engineers, product managers, and designers to build new features and enhance existing ones for the Developer Center. •Use AI tooling to accelerate drafting, research, and content audits, with technical verification before anything ships. •Proactively communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders and team.
