This means the successful candidate is expected to report tooffices in Austin, TX, Warren, MI or Seattle, WA three times per week, at minimum. •Contribute to the development, deployment, and improvement of data and cloud services. •Learn and apply operational-excellence practices, including service-level objectives and indicators, monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and incident response. •Partner cross-functionally with software, data, ML, and cloud engineers to understand user needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and help build self-service capabilities. •Implement features and technical projects from design through testing, deployment, and support, with guidance from senior team members. •Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, design discussions, documentation, and retrospectives. •Write maintainable, well-tested code and help improve the reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and usability of team services. •Develop familiarity with cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, observability, and the full operational lifecycle of production systems. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another relevant field; or equivalent real-world experience.
