Required Skills: •Develop and execute automated API tests leveraging Postman, Java, and the Karate framework. •Execute virtual testing of customer transactions using ATM simulation software to support releases. •Conduct API test validation leveraging backend applications, and analyze logs using LogScale, Dynatrace, and related tools to identify issues. •Assist with manual testing efforts in the lab when required to support shifting priorities. •Use Jira daily to create, execute, and document assigned test cases. •Identify, log, update, and track defects throughout the defect lifecycle using Jira. •Evaluate transactional screen flows and provide constructive feedback to improve usability and customer experience. •Develop test strategies and produce test summary reports that adhere to PNC compliance standards.
