Required Skills: •Get to Design, develop, and maintain full stack features and services, implementing user interfaces and APIs that are performant, secure, and easy to operate in production. •Partner cross-functionally with product, design, data, and peer engineering teams to refine requirements, break down work, and deliver iterative improvements that enhance customer and business outcomes. •Write clean, testable, and maintainable code; create and maintain automated tests; and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards and best practices. •Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications and services in production, using logs, metrics, and alerts to improve reliability, performance, and developer experience. •Contribute to technical design discussions, documentation, and implementation plans for moderately complex features and systems, providing options and trade‑off analysis. •Mentor and support peers through pairing, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback, helping to elevate team capabilities and inclusive engineering culture. •This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company.
