Qualifications: •Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Programming, or related technical discipline with 13 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of relevant experience. •Active TS-SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly. •Strong experience developing software across the full application stack, including databases, APIs, and web applications. •Demonstrated experience with geospatial software, methods, and datasets, including ESRI/ArcGIS technologies. •Deep technical understanding of ESRI data structures, with experience using ArcGIS Pro and preferably ESRI C# back-end bindings.
