Required Skills: •Manage the regional events calendar leveraging Marketo. Includes round table discussions, lunch & learns, association/membership activities and social events hosted by sales team. •Provide analytics integrating both Marketo and Dynamics data to regional and local leadership. •Create and analyze reports and analytics for various events and prospecting activities. •Develop, maintain, and track procedures for marketing investments. Includes events, sponsorships, charitable contributions, and memberships. Maintain metrics to track ROI. •Support “warming activities” for sales consultants to drive new business. Schedule and implement seminars, webinars, and virtual meetings. •Interface directly with regional marketing and communications leadership to implement sales and marketing processes. •Oversee tactical sales enablement and marketing projects and tools. Includes communications, presentations, sponsorships, advertising, and branding. •Assist sales consultants with social media outreach and regional social media strategies. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in marketing or communications preferred. •Strong Social Media skills, including LinkedIn and Twitter. •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 25% of the time, regionally and nationally. •Detail oriented with editorial skill. •Solid functional working knowledge of WebEx and Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel. •Self-motivated. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high-pressure, team environment. •Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
