Refer to our human resources pages to learn more about why we’re a great place to work. •The Slate Administrator is a key member of the Customer Relations and Documents (CRDOC) Team in the Office of Information Technology (OIT) at Portland State University (PSU). •Administer and maintain the Slate CRM •Build and maintain system functionality •Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations •Ensure data integrity, system performance, and operational efficiency •Coordinate system updates, enhancements, and testing •Provide technical troubleshooting and user support Qualifications: •Proven experience building and maintaining professional working relationships •Demonstrated capacity to produce accurate and reliable work within deadlines •Coaching: you appropriately give, accept, and incorporate feedback from others. •Communication: you exchange information and ideas well, verbally and in writing; communication is an essential tool for productivity and strong working relationships in OIT. •Emotional Intelligence: you possess the capacity to be aware of, manage, and express your emotions; you handle interpersonal relationships with empathy and safety, enabling diverse types of people to work together. •Proactive: you recognize and initiate opportunities to take action and prevent potential problems or threats. •Teamwork: you identify with the larger organizational team and your role within it; you share resources, respond to requests, and support our organizational strategy. •Creates an environment that acknowledges, encourages and celebrates differences.
