Required Skills: •Supports development and execution of project schedules in coordination with project management, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. •Assists with pre-construction planning activities, including logistics coordination and schedule preparation. •Ensures Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and other required safety planning activities are completed prior to pre-construction meeting and field execution activities. •Supports day-to-day jobsite operations and coordinates daily field activities to maintain schedule adherence, productivity, and alignment with project goals. •Assists with maintaining site logistics to support efficient project execution and minimize disruption. •Maintains jobsite organization, cleanliness, and operational standards, and supports implementation of jobsite policies and procedures for an efficient work environment. •Assists with maintaining project documentation, reports, and schedule updates. •Participates in daily safety and coordination meetings with field teams and subcontractors. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent required. •OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe required. •CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe required. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents required. •Basic understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, field coordination, and quality control practices required. •Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills required. •Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams required. •Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required. •Trade school, construction-related education, or coursework in construction management preferred. •Operational familiarity with construction technology, project management software, and field reporting systems preferred.
