We’re looking for an experienced Site Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across active construction projects and mission-critical environments. •From field inspections and hazard assessments to coaching teams and driving accountability, you’ll help ensure every project maintains the highest standards of safety performance. •Own and manage site safety activities across active construction projects and field operations. •Perform daily, weekly, and periodic inspections to verify compliance and proactively identify risks. •Recognize unsafe conditions, behaviors, and potential hazards and implement corrective actions before they impact personnel or operations. •Perform Job Hazard Analyses & Risk Assessments •Monitor and maintain accountability for proper PPE usage and field safety practices across all site personnel. •Document findings, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
