Our success is rooted in our core values—trust, collaboration, safety, quality, community, and stewardship—and in how we bring these values to life every day. •Miller Electric has an immediate need for a Site Safety Manager in Richmond, VA •The ideal candidate would have previous experience working with an electrical contractor on a data center construction project. •The Site Safety Manager reports to the Senior Safety Manager . Responsibilities are focused on maintaining the safest possible workplace and OSHA Compliance. The Safety Manager will be hands-on and interact with our field personnel and management team daily. •Partner cross-functionally with teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, standards, policies, and/or procedures. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, or a BCSP credential (CHST or STS-C) •Minimum of 3 years of experience overseeing electrical contractor scope of work. This experience must include working either healthcare or data center electrical construction projects. •OSHA 30-hour certification within the past 3 years •A strong supporter of collaboration in an effort to gather the best solutions •Demonstrated capacity to address and train groups of 25-30 •Demonstrated capacity to adapt to a changing work environment •Demonstrated capacity to act independently with minimal daily direction •Demonstrated capacity to work closely with all levels of Miller Electric Company •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
