US citizenship required for this federal project. •This is not a remote position — this role is fully onsite at the project jobsite. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Required Skills: •Implement and enforce project-specific safety plans in accordance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards •Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and submit safety reports •Manage PPE procurement and distribution •Lead new-hire safety orientation and weekly toolbox talks •Review subcontractor safety documentation and submittals •Lead incident investigation and post-accident reporting •Maintain safety records, SDS documentation, and compliance files •Inspect and maintain Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) Qualifications: •5+ years of cumulative safety experience within the last 10 years managing or implementing safety and health programs (Level 1 SSHO qualified) •OSHA 30-hour certification (or equivalent general industry/construction safety training) •24 hours of documented competent person training within the last 3 years •OSHA competent person qualification in at least 3 relevant areas •Federal/DOD construction background — most projects fall under US Army Corps of Engineers requirements, and candidates must be able to meet Corps/project-level requirements even when a project is managed by a different federal or military agency •Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); Bluebeam experience preferred; construction management software experience a plus •Willing and able to work consistently onsite at a federal jobsite, including future relocation to subsequent project sites as assigned •US citizenship required (federal contract requirement) •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, HSE, Engineering, or a related field •CHST designation Compensation: •$90,000 - $125,000 / year •$80,000–$125,000 base (based on experience), plus a 15% project-completion bonus Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
