Required Skills: •Serve as a senior technical resource for Site Reliability Engineering, infrastructure design, reliability, resiliency, performance, and capacity planning •Actively facilitate and support design, development, and execution of technical solutions that meet current and future business and technology needs. •Participate in large-scale on-premises infrastructure and data-center migration projects •, including migration planning, execution, validation, and stabilization. •Support application and infrastructure migrations across lower environments and potentially production environments •Work closely with technology management, application teams, infrastructure teams, customers, vendors, and support teams. •, including SLOs, SLIs, SLAs, and error budgets •Monitor and improve system reliability, resiliency, performance, availability, and overall environment stability. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. •Applied hands-on capability in large-scale data-center or infrastructure migrations •Windows-heavy virtualized environments and SQL Server •In-depth knowledge of reliability, resiliency, performance, and capacity planning •Demonstrated capacity to translate complex business and functional requirements into effective technical implementations. •Demonstrated capacity to develop alternative solutions to complex problems and recommend appropriate approaches. •Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams. •Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and influencing skills.
