Required Skills: •Serve as the jobsite primary point of contact with the client, maintaining alignment across all project stages. •Supporting the Project Executive in delivering the full scope of project execution, including safety, schedule, budget, engineering, quality, commissioning, and compliance. •Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using recognized tools and methodologies. •Support with execution to align with project budgets from planning to final close-out, including monthly forecasting and variance tracking. •Identify, assess, and mitigate jobsite level project risks related to cost, safety, quality, and delivery. •Oversee daily on-site operations by monitoring General Contractor and subcontractor activities to ensure alignment with project scope, safety requirements, and quality expectations. •Oversee vendor on-site activities to ensure adherence to site safety rules, quality standards, and equipment commissioning timelines. •Lead and facilitate regular coordination meetings with the General Contractor, subcontractors, and client teams to track progress, resolve issues, and align on upcoming work.
