Hiring: Site Lead - Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) Company: Kentro Location: Colorado Springs, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 11:14:29 Employment Type: Contract / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Change Management, Program Management, Spark About the job Required Skills: •Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the assigned customer organization. •Coordinate day-to-day execution of contract activities and support delivery of program objectives. •Build and maintain effective working relationships with military, government civilian, and contractor personnel. •Support implementation and sustainment of enterprise knowledge management strategies, processes, and governance initiatives. •Facilitate collaboration, information sharing, and stakeholder engagement across the organization. •Coordinate meetings, working groups, training events, and customer engagements. •Monitor performance, identify risks and issues, and support development of mitigation strategies. •Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, status updates, and other program documentation.
