This position will be based in our •Deliver hands-on EHS training and coaching to managers, supervisors, and employees to reinforce safe work practices and ensure compliance. •Serve as the site’s EHS subject matter expert, overseeing day-to-day compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies. •Support incident investigations and site inspections, assist in identifying root causes and risks, and drive timely corrective actions. •Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to identify hazards, address safety and environmental concerns, and reinforce safe behaviors. •Partner with facilities, engineering, and operations on new projects and process changes to identify EHS risks, implement appropriate controls, and obtain required environmental permits. This would include participation in MOC, FMEA, PSSR, etc. •Manage environmental compliance programs, including air, water, and waste, along with required monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting.
