Required Skills: •If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team. •Lead complex frontend projects that establish Vercel as a gold standard for brand and product marketing. •Partner cross-functionally with growth and marketing teams to A/B test landing pages for lead generation across multiple channels. •Design and implement scalable applications, web services, and APIs with a focus on user experience and performance. •Contribute to our design system and uphold industry-leading UX standards (e.g., interactions, micro-animations, layout consistency). •Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase and team productivity. •Troubleshoot and fix bugs, delivering quick, high-quality resolutions. •Write technical documents and maintain internal tools to empower other teams. Qualifications: •Strong proficiency in Next.js and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks. •Full stack experience (comfortable designing or consuming APIs and working with various services). •Comprehensive expertise in SEO principles and best practices—especially around performance, accessibility, and search optimization. •Proven knowledge of A/B testing concepts and conversion rate optimization. •Stellar cross-functional communication skills—you can work effectively with marketing, design, and product to reach shared goals. •Eye for good user experiences and a knack for “getting the visuals right.” •Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft. •Have familiarity with the Vercel platform. •Background in web design or interest in design systems. •Interest in developer tooling domain.
