Required Skills: •Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Infor LN SIOP module. •Develop and maintain the monthly SIOP process across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. •Establish direct demand planning collaboration with key customers and top distributors. •Collect, validate, and integrate customer demand signals into the ERP planning system. •Create a formal closed-loop process that measures forecast accuracy by customer and distributor and provides regular feedback to improve future planning. •Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor forecast accuracy, bias, inventory impact, and service performance. •Partner with IT and ERP teams to implement enhancements, automation, and system improvements. •Identify gaps between customer forecasts and actual demand and drive corrective actions.
