Required Skills: •Safely operate 15-passenger vans on scheduled or on-call routes between the airport, hotels, and other authorized locations. •Adjust pickup/drop-off timing in coordination with dispatch and flight schedule updates. •Maintain communication with dispatch via radio or phone regarding assignments and routing. •Conduct vehicle inspections before and after shifts; promptly report safety or mechanical issues. •Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for service. •Load and unload luggage, including items up to 70 pounds. •Greet crew members professionally and assist with boarding as needed. •Record trip details such as passenger counts, mileage, and times, using company logs. Qualifications: •Must be at least 18 years of age. •Must be able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English. •Valid Alaska state driver’s license; must meet insurability standards. •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. •Able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance and ramp driving privileges. •Must pass a criminal background check, fingerprinting, and pre-employment drug screen as required for airport access. •Able to lift and carry items up to 70 pounds without assistance. •Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, heat). •Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). •Willing and able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts.
