Hiring: Show Systems Engineer III Company: TAIT Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:22:10 Target Skills & Keywords : Swift, Systems Design, User Experience About the job Experience: •7+ years of experience in theme park and/or live entertainment applications Required Skills: •Identifies show control architecture and key technologies to meet project needs. •Creates riser diagrams and technical project documentation •Understands show systems, and how the various disciplines interact •Creates custom user interfaces prioritizing the end-user experience •Develops custom software interfaces and configurations when required for projects •Designs and configures managed networks for show control and other disciplines •Suggests and researches new products and solutions, and when necessary, builds and testsprototypes •Assists in project bidding activities, including technical proposals and estimates Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Theater, or equivalent relevant experience. •Previous show system design experience in one or multiple disciplines •Previous show operational experience including troubleshooting and maintenance •Expected Travel: 20-30%.
