This entry-level role involves hands-on tasks that ensure production runs smoothly, equipment remains in good working condition, and the work environment is safe and clean. •The Shop Technician I works under the supervision of the Shop Supervisor. •This is a fully onsite role with no relocation assistance provided. •Perform sandblasting and grinding operations on drill bits and components. •Wash and clean bits, cutters, and cans to prepare them for subsequent manufacturing steps. •Paint drill bits and related components as required, adhering to quality standards. •Prepare bits, cutters, and brazing materials for the brazing process, ensuring all components meet production specifications. •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by sweeping, removing debris, and following company cleanliness standards.
