Required Skills: •Design, implement, and support IT/OT connectivity solutions. •Integrate manufacturing systems with enterprise applications, including ERP, MES, SCADA, Historian, and data analytics platforms. •Support data collection, visualization, and reporting initiatives. •Manage and troubleshoot industrial networks, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. •Maintain OT infrastructure, including servers, virtual environments, and industrial PCs. •Ensure high availability and reliability of plant systems. •Support manufacturing and automation environments, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and related systems. •Partner with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Technology, or a related field. •Demonstrated capacity to work fully on-site in Kinston, NC. •Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies. •SCADA, MES, Historian, and manufacturing systems. •Cybersecurity principles for industrial control systems. •Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, or similar frameworks preferred. •Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Strong organizational and documentation skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
