Required Skills: •Supervise and coordinate daily shipping activities, including order picking, staging, packaging, labeling, and loading of outbound freight and unloading of inbound freight. •Ensure all shipments meet customer requirements, carrier specifications, and company quality standards. •Verify accuracy of shipping documentation. •Schedule carrier pickups and manage transportation arrangements to meet delivery deadlines. •Monitor shipment status and resolve any transportation or delivery issues. •Partner cross-functionally with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service to ensure order accuracy and on‑time shipping. •Maintain accurate records of shipped orders, freight claims, carrier performance, and shipping metrics. •Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives as needed. Qualifications: •Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. •Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and/or sitting and reaching with hands and arms. •May occasionally climb stairs, drive vehicles, and operate equipment. •Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
