Required Skills: •Counts, verifies weights, measures, and confirms quantities of outgoing products. •Selects appropriate packaging and securely packs orders using spacers, dividers, protective materials, and other necessary packing supplies. •Determines the appropriate shipping method based on customer requirements, delivery timelines, and carrier requirements. •Prepares and processes all required shipping documentation, including shipping labels, packing slips, Bills of Lading (BOL), and freight documentation. •Prepares international shipments and completes required shipping and customs documentation accurately and in accordance with carrier and destination requirements. •Reviews all orders prior to shipment to verify product, quantity, documentation, shipping method, and customer destination are correct. •Enters, maintains, and retrieves shipping information using company databases, shipping software, carrier websites, and other computer-based systems. •Tracks shipments through delivery and assists with resolving shipping or delivery discrepancies as necessary.
