Required Skills: •Champion a strong safety culture by promoting safe work practices, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and driving continuous safety improvements. •Provide leadership and direction for all shipping and warehouse operations to ensure the safe, accurate, and on-time delivery of customer orders. •Oversee inbound and outbound freight scheduling, carrier selection, and transportation logistics. •Manage, coach, and develop Shipping Leads, Forklift Operators, and other shipping personnel to build a high-performing team. •Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight carriers, transportation providers, and other business partners. •Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve warehouse organization, and eliminate waste. •Partner with Production, Customer Service, Sales, Maintenance, and Scheduling to ensure customer requirements are met and shipping priorities are aligned. •Ensure all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, shipping records, and compliance documentation, is completed accurately and timely.
