Hiring: Shipping and Receiving Clerk Company: Resource Label Group Location: Sandy, UT Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 20:01:22 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel About the job Required Skills: •Verification of incoming shipments with high attention to detail •Ensues accuracy of raw materials and finished goods inventories at all times •Stage of materials in support of operations in an organized and efficient manner •Verifies accuracy of outbound shipments to customers and intra- plant transfers •Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed. •Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas. •Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code •Lead and oversee all UPS, Fedex incoming and outgoing shipments Qualifications: •High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience •At least one year of experience working in shipping or receiving in either a logistics or manufacturing type environment is preferred. Experience in the printing or packaging industry is a huge plus! •Demonstrated capacity to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence . •Demonstrated capacity to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors and other employees of the organization. •The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance; loads over 50 pounds require the use of mechanical devices or other personnel. •Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus. •Why work with us?
