Hiring: Shipping and Receiving Associate 1st Shift Company: Regal Rexnord Location: Columbia City, IN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:00:58 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Kanban About the job Required Skills: •Operates industrial truck (sit and stand), hoists, tuggers, and pallet jacks to assist in loading or moving materials and products. •Receives, counts and verifies quantities of incoming/outgoing material and stores in designated areas. •Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand. Lifts heavy objects by hand or using power hoist, cleans work area, machines, and equipment, using broom, rags and cleaning compounds, to assist production associates. •Maintains necessary production and inventory control records including Kanban processing and business system transactions. •Performs various material handler functions such as dunnage control, housekeeping on the outside dock pad and throughout the plant interior, prepares all skids for shipment, and keeps supplies on the production floor orderly. •Other duties may be assigned. During periods of changing product demand, may be assigned to various manufacturing duties across value streams. •May confer with team leaders, production personnel, purchasing, material handlers, customer service or others to have appropriate orders prepared and ready for shipment or receiving . •Review work orders for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
