Required Skills: •The core tasks, duties, and responsibilities that must be performed on the job. •Perform independent verification of outbound customer shipments prior to release. •Verify product identification, quantities, lot numbers, labels, pallet counts, and shipment documentation for accuracy. •Conduct shipment inspections utilizing established sampling methodologies and quality procedures. •Complete shipment verification forms, logs, and associated documentation accurately and in a timely manner. •Identify, document, and communicate shipment discrepancies and quality concerns. •Hold and escalate shipments when discrepancies or quality issues are identified. •Re-verify corrected shipments prior to release. Qualifications: •Must be familiar with proper packing methods and materials. •Operational familiarity with general quality inspection and verification activities is helpful. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. •Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve discrepancies involving quantities, product numbers, lot numbers, and labeling. •Strong written documentation and recordkeeping skills. •Basic math, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, and computer skills required. •Attention to detail and being able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. •Proficiency on an Electric Pallet jack is helpful. •High School diploma or equivalent is required.
