You'll play a critical role in supporting daily milling operations and maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards. •Operating and managing flour mill and cleaning house activities during assigned shifts •Running milling equipment at optimal performance levels to maximize yields and product quality •Maintaining wheat and flour inventories to required specifications •Troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed •Ensuring compliance with GMPs, OSHA, HACCP, FSMA, sanitation requirements, and food safety standards •Maintaining a clean, safe, and audit-ready work environment •Completing production reports and following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) Qualifications: •Is a dependable, hands-on professional who takes pride in operating equipment efficiently and safely.
