Hiring: SharePoint Migration Systems Engineer Company: Accenture Federal Services Location: Washington, DC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 13:41:21 Target Skills & Keywords : Information Architecture, PowerShell, React, TypeScript, User Experience About the job Experience: •5 years of IT experience Required Skills: •Execute migrations from SharePoint Subscription Edition into SharePoint Online using enterprise migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Migration Manager, PowerShell automation). •Diagnose and resolve issues during migration, including throttling, permissions inconsistencies, legacy workflow dependencies, or unsupported customizations. •Prepare pre‑migration assessments, inventory reports, mapping documents, content normalization, and remediation plans. •Convert legacy SharePoint customizations and workflows into modern SharePoint Online equivalents using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) as applicable. Assists with determine "best fit" replacements. •Partner cross-functionally with business owners to translate legacy forms and workflows (e.g., InfoPath, SPD workflows) into sustainable, cloud‑ready solutions. •Power Platform Development •Build and enhance Power Apps connected to SharePoint lists, libraries, and external data sources. •Create Power Automate flows to replace legacy SharePoint Designer workflows and automate routine business processes.
