Identify opportunities for change and develop the business case for companies to take responsible environmental action. •Communicate and negotiate with corporate representatives through written correspondence, video, and in-person meetings. •Draft and file shareholder resolutions. •Attend corporate annual general meetings. •Vote the proxies for companies owned by Green Century and the Funds. •Engage with and represent Green Century in select shareholder coalition efforts. •Communicate with non-profit organizations to develop and coordinate actions.
