You’ll have real conversations about finances, negotiate solutions, and help customers take the right next step — all while protecting the performance of the portfolio you manage. •This is not a script-reading role. It’s a performance-driven position that requires resilience, sound judgment, and the ability to balance empathy with accountability. •We hire at three levels (I–III) based on experience. Candidates with prior collections experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
