Required Skills: •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality Support Specialists responsible for environmental compliance reviews, audits, territory support, and issue resolution. •Establish team priorities, performance expectations, workload assignments, and standards for accuracy, consistency, and timely execution. •Serve as a senior subject matter expert on the EPA Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule, applicable consent decree requirements, and related federal, state, district, tribal, and local regulations. •Provide technical guidance on lead-based paint, asbestos, silica, mold, and other environmental hazards associated with single-family, multifamily, commercial construction, remodeling, and installation services. •Oversee environmental compliance audits and documentation reviews to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and Lowe’s policies and procedures. •Analyze audit findings, data, field observations, and stakeholder feedback to identify risks, trends, root causes, and execution gaps. •Develop and implement corrective actions and sustainable improvements involving people, processes, systems, training, documentation, and field practices. •Review and recommend updates to environmental and safety policies, procedures, tools, training, and operating standards. Qualifications: •Demonstrated subject matter expertise in the EPA Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule and lead-safe work practices. •Previous experience directly leading, coaching, and developing employees. •Solid functional working knowledge of environmental hazards associated with residential construction and remodeling, including lead-based paint, asbestos, silica, and mold. •Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational safety, construction management, engineering, industrial hygiene, regulatory compliance, or a related field. •Lead inspector and/or risk assessor certification through the EPA or an authorized state, district, or tribal program. •Professional certification or training related to asbestos, mold, or silica.
